Do you offer delivery or shipping?
Local delivery upon request.

Shipping, not just yet but stay tuned! We’re working on it. For now, cookies are pickup only at the time and location listed. Freshly baked, straight from our kitchen to your hands.

How will I know when I can order?

All pre-order opportunities will be shared on Instagram in advance. Pickup information will be included with each announcement.

If pickups aren’t open, can I still place a party order?

Cookies make the sweetest gift.

Whether it’s a birthday, thank-you, or “just because,” we’ll help you send some love in cookie form - send us an email and we can chat!

How should i store my cookies?
If you don’t eat them all right away, keep your cookies at room temperature and enjoy within 3-5 days for the best flavor and texture. Warming them up is also an option, pop them into the microwave for 5-8 seconds and enjoy!

Do you make custom orders or event cookies?
Yes, absolutely! We love being part of your special moments, birthdays, weddings, baby showers, you name it.

What ingredients do you use?
Only the good stuff. Real butter, quality chocolate, pure vanilla, and lots of love.

Do you offer gluten-free, vegan or nut free options?
At the moment, we’re not an allergy-free kitchen, so we can’t guarantee cookies without allergens, but we’re always dreaming up new recipes, so stay tuned!

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes! We do offer wholesale pricing. Please reach out via email for details and we’ll create a custom order that fits your needs perfectly - whether you’re looking to treat your team, clients, cafe or a big crowd!

What if I want a cookie that's not on your website?
Our flavors rotate often, it keeps things fun and fresh! If your favorite cookie isn’t listed right now, don’t worry. It’ll be back soon, we promise it’s worth the wait.

Do you accept returns?
Since our cookies are baked fresh and don’t last forever (though we wish they did!), we can’t take returns. But if your order didn’t arrive as expected, please reach out to US and we’ll do everything we can to make things sweet again.
